JoinWay Learn is a product that turns any topic — or your own PDFs, links and videos — into a structured AI course. This site (ielts.school) is our marketing site; the learning app itself lives at app.ielts.school. For any questions about your data, write to us at info@join-way.com.

On this marketing site we collect the minimum:

• your name and contact (email, phone or messenger) — when you leave an enquiry or ask us to get in touch;
• technical visit data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and UTM tags — for analytics and to protect the site;
• cookies and similar technologies — to run the site and remember your theme preference.

No payments are taken on this site; card details are never requested or stored.

The product itself — course generation, your account and everything you create — lives on a separate app at app.ielts.school. When you sign up there, the app's own privacy policy and terms of use apply. This document does not replace them.

This site uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are essential for basic operation (remembering your theme); others power anonymous visit analytics (for example, Vercel Analytics). You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may then not work correctly.

We do not sell data. We share it only with the processors the site cannot run without:

• hosting and infrastructure (Vercel) — serving the site and analytics;
• messaging and email services — when you contact us through them;
• government authorities — only where required by law.

Enquiries and correspondence — up to 3 years from the last interaction. Logs and analytics — within the retention periods set by the services we use (typically up to 12 months).
